Run RFC-driven product planning with AI PRD Workflow before agents code
Guide coding agents from idea or existing codebase through PRD, features, rules, RFCs, implementation, review, and workflow-status checks.

Use AI PRD Workflow when an operator wants an agent to plan a real build before writing code. The agent interviews for requirements, verifies the PRD, extracts feature IDs, generates rules and RFCs, plans tests, implements one RFC at a time, and reviews against written criteria. Invoke this instead of a normal coding-agent plan when decisions need to survive across sessions, tools, and teammates. The scope boundary is explicit RFC-driven planning and traceability for AI-assisted development, not a generic project-management product, SDK, or broad coding framework.
What this skill actually does
Inputs and prerequisites: Claude Code plugin or supported agent skills directory for Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, or Devin; existing project directory; shell access for install script.
Setup notes: For Claude Code, add the marketplace repository and install prd-workflow@ai-prd-workflow. For Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, or Devin, run the upstream install.sh script against the target project, restart the agent runtime, then run the documented commands in order.
Source and verification boundary: use https://nurettincoban.github.io/ai-prd-workflow/ as the canonical reference before running the workflow; keep commands, API calls, CLI usage, and generated outputs reviewable against that upstream source.
Framework fit: publish this as a Multi-Framework workflow only when the operator can invoke the documented toolchain directly, rather than treating the upstream project as a generic product listing.
