Invoke this skill when a repository already produces stable screenshots from Storybook, Playwright, Puppeteer, or another browser test harness and the next question is whether the UI changed in a meaningful way. An agent can run reg-suit during CI, inspect the difference report, summarize which screens changed, and decide whether the change looks intentional enough to promote the new baseline. This is useful for design-system releases, UI smoke checks, marketing-page updates, and regression review on pull requests where humans should see the diff but do not want to hand-wire every storage and report step.
The scope boundary is tight. This is not a generic browser automation framework, not an image library, and not a product listing for a cloud platform.
