Quick brief

Use Resume Matcher when a recruiting, career-coaching, or application-support workflow needs a repeatable comparison between a resume and a specific job description. The operator loads or uploads the resume, adds the target role description, configures a local or cloud LLM provider, then runs the match workflow and reviews the generated match analysis, missing keywords, and suggested edits before sending anything to a candidate or applicant tracking process. Invoke this instead of using a generic resume tool when an agent needs to extract resume gaps, generate improvement suggestions, and produce a bounded output for human judgment. Record the provider, job description source, and final reviewed recommendation so later reviewers can understand what changed. The scope boundary is resume-to-role matching and improvement recommendations for a named job. Keep the input resume and job description explicit, preserve the reviewed output, and do not stretch this into automated candidate selection, hiring decisions, payroll workflows, or broad HR platform operations.
