Install Claude Forge workflows for guarded Claude Code execution
Add Claude Forge's agents, slash commands, skills, and hooks to Claude Code when a coding task needs repeatable planning, review, and adversarial verification loops.

Use Claude Forge when the operator wants Claude Code to follow a documented workflow kit instead of improvising every coding session from scratch. The agent/operator installs the Forge pack, then invokes bounded Claude Code workflows such as planning, TDD guidance, code review, debugging escalation, task-grade routing, reliability hooks, and the adversarial verification loop where a separate reviewer must reproduce evidence before approval. This belongs in ASE because the invocation is a concrete Claude Code operating procedure, not a generic listing for Claude Code or a broad plugin marketplace. The scope boundary is Claude Code workflow augmentation: use it to equip an existing Claude Code environment with repeatable agents, commands, skills, rules, and safety hooks, not as a standalone application or general-purpose framework.
What this skill actually does
Inputs and prerequisites: Claude Code >= 2.1.110, shell access, git, optional MCP servers configured for the included workflows.
Setup notes: Follow the repository’s current Claude Code plugin or script installation path, then verify the installed agents, slash commands, skills, rules, and hooks are visible in Claude Code before invoking workflows such as /plan, /tdd, /code-review, /workflow-classify, or the documented adversarial review loop.
Source and verification boundary: use https://sangrokjung.github.io/claude-forge as the canonical reference before running the workflow; keep commands, API calls, CLI usage, and generated outputs reviewable against that upstream source.
Framework fit: publish this as a Claude Code workflow only when the operator can invoke the documented toolchain directly, rather than treating the upstream project as a generic product listing.
