Quick brief

Use makerskills when a founder, indie operator, or small team wants an agent to execute structured personal and business workflows instead of improvising a chat prompt each time. The pack gives explicit skills for decisions, deep research, second-brain maintenance, social/content operations, project management, personal and company finance cadences, and creating additional skills. The scope boundary is the invoked operator workflow with structured input, structured output, and local artifacts. It is not a generic productivity app, consulting method, or loose prompt collection.

How it works

What this skill actually does

Inputs and prerequisites: Claude Code plugin support or another Agent Skills host, optional MAKERSKILLS_CONFIG directory.

Setup notes: In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add coreyhaines31/makerskills and /plugin install makerskills@makerskills; for local development, clone the repo and symlink it into ~/.claude/plugins/makerskills.

Source and verification boundary: use https://maker-skills.com as the canonical reference before running the workflow; keep commands, API calls, CLI usage, and generated outputs reviewable against that upstream source.

Framework fit: publish this as a Multi-Framework workflow only when the operator can invoke the documented toolchain directly, rather than treating the upstream project as a generic product listing.
