Turn novels into AI short-drama production packets with shuohao-skills
Use shuohao-skills to have coding agents turn a source novel into character bibles, adaptation outlines, art bibles, screenplays, and storyboards with deterministic quality gates.

shuohao-skills is a Chinese-first set of agent skills for AI short-drama production. The workflow lets an operator run five self-contained skills: novel-characters to generate character bibles and optional model-sheet prompts, novel-outline to build adaptation outlines and asset lists, novel-art to generate scene and prop bibles, novel-script to produce structured episode scripts and TTS-ready dialogue books, and novel-storyboard to create generation segments, cut timing, keyframes, MiniMax H3 prompts, and production packs.
What this skill actually does
Use this when an agent needs to convert a novel or short story into production-ready short-drama materials, or when an existing outline, script, art bible, or storyboard needs deterministic quality-gate checks before it moves downstream. Each skill includes a SKILL.md workflow, human docs, references, examples, zero-dependency Node helpers, and selftests so the operator can generate artifacts, validate quality gates, render reports, and repair failed outputs.
The scope is the repeatable agent workflow: feed source text or upstream JSON into the relevant skill, let the model draft the creative layer, then run the bundled validators and renderers until the JSON, Markdown, and HTML reports pass. It is not a generic screenwriting app, video generator, image generator, entertainment platform, SDK, or library listing.
