Use this skill when an operator wants Claude Code to run Chinese-language engineering workflows from installable upstream skill directories instead of prompting Claude manually each time. The operator clones the repository, copies selected directories from skills/ into ~/.claude/skills/, and invokes focused skills such as zh-code-reviewer, zh-readme, api-tester, refactor-advisor, dep-auditor, security-audit, test-generator, or perf-profiler when those jobs appear in a codebase.
What this skill actually does
Invoke this instead of browsing the website or using Claude Code normally when the team needs reusable Chinese output conventions and guardrails for repeated development work: structured Chinese code-review reports, README generation after project inspection, contract-backed API test design, evidence-based refactor advice, dependency checks, or profiler-based performance diagnosis. The upstream SKILL.md files define triggers, evidence requirements, workflow steps, output formats, and safety boundaries that make the work repeatable.
This is not a generic awesome-list, Claude Code product card, or plugin directory entry. The scope is limited to the repository’s original installable Claude Code skill folders under skills/ and their documented operator workflows. Third-party links in the README are discovery context only, not the reviewed skill surface.
